Reviews and Ratings
The two-bed suite at the hotel wasn't super cozy, but it was clean and comfortable. My first night was a bit cold, though. The service was great, as usual with these hotels, despite some up and down experiences on different trips. The location was awesome for visiting the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend, although food ordered at the bar could arrive cold. The dining options were perfect, even if a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a stay where the positives outweigh the negatives.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, with all the necessary things, but they were painted dark with very limited lighting. On the bright side, our room was on the 15th floor with a great new, bright view. The service was welcoming and good-natured, although there were some confusing aspects. The location was perfect and I slept like a log in the quiet room, which was great for the Morris Performing Arts Center. The dining options were okay, although a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with a modern style that I loved. The view of the city from my room was breathtaking. However, the hallway outside our room was a bit cold my first night there.
